Supreme Court restriction yet on asylum requests

So for those applying at the border - in order to have an opportunity to apply for asylum they will have to show to U S boder patrol/ ICE / CBP agents that they have tried applying in Mexico, Guatemala or El Salvador with local refugee offices but have been denied asylum there

Asylum denial letters from Salvadorean , Guatemalan or Mexican governments will be required at the U S border - if you show them an asylum denial letter you will be able to seek asylum in the U S

This doesn’t guarantee approval of your case but at least you ll be able to apply for asylum

Experience and Results Matter.
